As promised, I've published the code for the Nostr-Stealth. This protocol promises complete metadata privacy by utilizing a sort of mixer/channel for messages.
Currently, Nostr apps are rolling out an enhancement through NIP-24 (which has vanished from the repository, idkw). That standard doesn’t fully encrypt metadata so the relay can notify the recipient. This has been a topic of extensive discussion among the devs, and it was decided that this functionality is essential for them.
In the model I'm proposing, users don't monitor their addresses. Instead, they would monitor a channel, which could either be exclusively for them or used by others. An interesting point here: the more people in a channel, the greater the privacy level, described as P=1/n.
I developed this just over a ~month ago and was working on the client before publishing everything. Since time became a constraint, I'm now sharing the protocol. This is precisely as I described in Morning Crypto ##(?) (If anyone recalls the episode number, please share it here). 🤘

Problem: Addressing the NIP-05 and lnaddress Dilemma on Morning Crypto
Ever noticed how first-timers get mixed up with lnaddress and NIP-05? It’s not just them; there's a genuine UX issue.
🔍 Quick Recap:
On my show, Morning Crypto, I've been promoting the Lightning Network by giving away satoshis daily. Viewers can either quickly scan a QR code, whitelist themselves, or register their lnaddress. Since 2021, this has been the first touchpoint with real Bitcoin for a few thousands.
I also give away hardware wallets, encouraging self-custody. I’ve given out 16 to date!
Viewers earn "blokitos" (our show’s points) as they watch. These can be exchanged for more giveaway entries and, very recently, converted to satoshis via zaps, through a bot I created to promote Nostr.
🔥 The Mix-Up:
When viewers withdraw their blokitos for satoshis, they will receive it through zaps, and it is creating some confusion. Some use their npub correctly, but many use their ln address instead of their NIP-05. And now, they're registering NIP-05 for sats giveaways!
🤖 The bot does flag the mistake, but with the growing number of viewers getting their Nostr NIP-05, the confusion intensifies.
Somehow we need to refine this process. For the average viewer, the difference between the two is blurry.

O modelo do projeto e a forma de lançamento podem gerar um precedente muito ruim para o ecossistema como um todo ainda por cima.

Sometimes you don't need to ask the user directly because it is easy for them to say 'yes, I would use'.
Instead, you can place a button or menu that could drive to the feature and when clicked present a page saying 'the feature is under consideration, click for the waiting list and you will be first informed when it is available'.
As you will be monitoring the click and registering rate, this is a cheap, fast and reliable way to test if your users are really willing to use the new feature.
