Ordinal Inscribers are now paying Bitcoin mining pools to construct blocks for them with zero or minimal financial transactions, so that all of their images get inscribed in sequential order. They are not using the normal block construction methods. They are including these in the next block over the counter or behind closed doors. This has happened 3 times so far with 3 different pools. Luxor, Foundry, and the latest one was from Terra Pool. These out of band blocks are creating a secondary marketplace outside of Bitcoin's normal block construction methods. Miners are now talking about selling blocks before they are found. Thoughts?

Back when I owned an IT consulting and services company and my partner was trying to screw me, I was a fan of the old saying "if you give someone enough rope they'll hang themselves". It turns out this saying is still applicable today. Cool.

**RE: Nostr Plebs ToS Violation**

I would have been okay with someone registering these names and using them for specific purposes, such as posting Tesla car facts or Nikola Tesla facts or someone that's a YouTuber. These are clear use cases. However, when this person registers 8 IDs on our platform, it's a clear case that these are not the intentions. Furthermore, the Tesla npub has been changed to reflect the name Tesla Motors.

I have always tried to hold Nostr Plebs to the highest degree of customer support and transparency. I have always tried to do right by the community. I have always tried to do right for the Nostr Plebs brand. I said that in the future, NIP-05 ID providers would be judged and scrutinized based on their reputation.

It seems like that future is now. Nostr Plebs will stand for integrity and authenticity. Though again, we are not a verification service, but that doesn't mean that we won't hold ourselves to any sort of standards.

We have suspended the IDs apple@nostrplebs.com, tesla@nostrplebs.com and youtube@nostrplebs.com due to these accounts having profiles that try to partially impersonate the companies and seem to be bought for the sole purpose of resale value. We will open up these names later for legitimate use. We are also investigating another 4-5 accounts.
