Yeah he hates bolt12 and loves LNURLS, where things need to be hosted on central servers. And says bolt12 is sleeper agents.
I highly recommend this talk for vulnerabilities with the Lightning Network from someone who is working on them. In lightning there is a way of initiating a payment you don't intend to complete, freezing up liquidity in a DDoS style attack. There really isn't a built-in cost unlike onchain, an even of there was, a money printer can provide alot of fiat to buy Bitcoin with.

Gonna be honest, kinda worried about the RESTRICT (can't believe that's the real name) Act. Wish we had more time to work on Lightning. If you that think Lightning is able to withstand attack from the United States Government, well, I disagree. Nostr is also a little young. And it's hydra, whack-a-mole censorship resistant, not like Bitcoin censorship resistant. Oh well, America doesn't own the internet. But free internet is pretty important to me. I would emigrate to keep internet freedom.
