Sometimes I think: it kind of sucks to have ideas and no developer knowledge...because you can't be sure if it is really possible at all or how simple it could be to achieve... you just know: hey that would be a cool idea. So i figure I may as well put them out and see if anyone in the world thinks it's a good idea, they can help bring it to life...I think that's kind of what the internet was supposed to help achieve.
I'm thinking #airbnb can adopt #bitcoin very easily...and start building a good balance sheet if they hold it in reserve to expedite payments with lightning.
Now that I think about it...why not start working towards a #hyperbitcoinized economy.
Buy real estate in full with #bitcoin rent it for #bitcoin and then sell it for Bitcoin when value is added to property. At fair market value. #realestate and #bitcoin seems like a no brainer if you have property that you own completely with no leverage.
Honestly I can talk about #flow all day. To me there is no more fascinating and alluring subject out there...outside of #bitcoin
Hard to believe in holding real estate long term when you have been orange pulled and you realize that if your real estate is going up, it is effectively because the dollar is worth less. And I'm not too sure if that is a net positive event or not. Specially when you have #bitcoin as an opportunity to save and grow your #money without the headaches. And that sucks because I LOVE real estate. Any suggestions about how investors developer's and Landlords will have to shift their attention in order to continue doing real estate and generating value for society?
Any ideas on the bip 39 word list starting at 0 at some places and 1 in others and putting people at risk of completely losing their #stack if not very careful? I'm not sure what the actual difference is but if someone would like to illustrate that would be cool

My Big mistake was being too far into #bitcoin and assuming I could live life with it at these early stages...
Because not everyone accepts it, so typically when you need to sell to pay bills is when price is down and when you need to buy more, you're either out of cash or price is high. Learn this lesson from me...allocate a percentage every day, week or month, put it in cold storage...and don't ever touch it again. Then educate everyone else on the same. Lol yea a lot of it is echo Chambers of the same conversation but I think like others said it's just about posting you and your own thoughts and whatever your interests are and eventually you'll find a flow for yourself
That's exactly how I felt about it...like I didn't want to share all my information just to meet bitcoiners...I can just make an event on eventbrite and start a telegram or something.
