Yes, Breez doesn't provide LN addresses. Like dan says, try getalby, wos or even @LightningTipBot on Telegram (there are a bunch of other services that provide addresses though), which is quite fun because you get zap notifications

I'm also not mentioning the recent FUD with Amethyst, the key management, backups and other issues I'm forgetting here.
Plus there are apparently other "competitors" like Zion (I know it's not exactly a competitor. I gather that we're slowly entering in a new era or sovereign possibilities and that's great for enthusiasts but not for adoption. Or am I wrong. I just feel a little overwhelmed.
To go back to nostr, it seems increasingly clear that it is just NOT READY for mass adoption. Everyone I have onboarded never went further than setting it up and posting more than 2 notes...

I'm having a terrible experience on nostr lately. Especially when it comes to get a fluid feed. But it is also so different from one browser to the other and of course between clients. Mostly the search function doesn't work at all on snort, so I usually try it on iris where it works better, but then it's the followers or the huge part of the feed that is missing.
I still don't really get the way to setup the best relays. I looked at nostr.watch and took those which have the best uptime but it doesn't look like it does anything, if not making it worse.
Not even speaking how the messages disappear or just show
I'm not using a paid relay yet. For a while it worked ok, it's just the last weeks where it became quite terrible.
Another thing is that the engagement seem totally on a downside. I might not post interesting things but yeah ... barely any reactions lately.
