Sometimes it fees like I’m speaking into the wind. Would love to run a relay but not sure if I could do that on a Jetson nano? If yes how?

Not sure I understand this but would love to know:

- Is Nostr on blockchain?

- Are Zaps on blockchain? Seem to be very frictionless!

- Can I run a relay on Jetson Nano?

- Is it possible to limit relays to a specific subgroup only?

Wonder if zaps could be further stratified. Maybe Thunder added if more than 1000sats with a banner display. Could be used by sponsors too! Just a thought
