Hi! This is the main Fediverse account of a blog about LINux on MOBile devices – linmob.net. It's has been restarted in 2020 because of the PinePhone. Used to be https://identi.ca/linmob. Also on bluesky: https://bsky.app/profile/linmob.net.

This could be what I am here for #froscon2023

That looks like some kind of hostage situation... 😳

nostr:npub1s7yr2gas9hwdzjh7cs2rfjphettrwe2u9e8erxd50h6kjx5mnpyq36u8ak It's really good though, lets no light through and is comfortable to wear (german ICEs are always lit during the night - it's darker in there on a cloudy day). The picture also looks worse, because it's really hard to take a photo with a software button while being blind on the Librem 5. Sadly, other passengers make it hard/impossible to sleep - how can people talk so much at 4 am?

On my way from Munich to #froscon

See you there in a few hours! #froscon2023

nostr:npub16ur6hzd2g0wjrgn6lua3jcmjfgceve8twh7vmuctevjsvw7626rssnmx4u that would be super great. Afair the original author is Brian and I am sure he is happy to help. I guess you are already aware of these basic instructions: https://forums.ubports.com/topic/8318/update-ubuntu-touch-apps-to-20-04-focal-fossa

nostr:npub1qnvca028h95sl97qnpekea64suwe9e74e65z7uxtnaudc6ktaf4sesxwd3 I was not aware of those, but I figured these parts out by looking through the commit history of ported apps 🙂 Thanks!

If I can't make it, I will just do a MR to upstream (Brian) and list what does not work yet. But, for now ... I feel that I am pretty close, that it's not too hard, and want to try figure the remaining bits out on my own.
