Interested in the reasoning behind OMAD, me personally I've been doing animal based diet for just over a month now(fruits, meat, raw honey, raw milk) but it was meat only for the first 2 weeks so I can accelerate ketosis. Being in keto in general at least for me makes me feel so much better physically and my thought process and memory are much better/more efficient.
