Deleted twitter/X today. Not because of anything else, but the Twitter addict it was turning me into. Hopefully there’s more organic conversations here on Nostr.

How weird is it that the reason who Nostr has a slow growth is because it doesn’t use your private data to get you addicted to the social media platforms.

For everyone asking what is he pointing out at, here are my two cents
1) Democracy all around the world is in danger, the people in power are willing to go to any limit to crush their opponents and hence the need for decentralised networks like bitcoin and nostr.
2) The centralised networks/corporations, like apple and X(twitter) are facing extreme pressure from governments all around the world to bend their knee and in this case Apple has declined to do so(for the time being) .
As a Indian who is worried about the future of my country Thank-you Jack.
We need more people on Nostr , not discussing Bitcoin all the time.
