One of the beautiful things about nostr world unconferences is the possibility of discovering different places on earth, and, at the same time, coming to a location that may be closer to fellow nostriches living in other parts of the world.

As you point out, it is also a way of bringing awareness to nostr, in places where it may be most likely to catch on, due to the openness and need of different solutions. In the process, we also discover unique nostr voices.

I love the idea of going to Africa next. Any location will have benefits and tradeoffs.

Are you familiar with Morocco? I love its architecture, but I have never been there.

I know the stories we hear can be binary in nature and cannot reflect the entirety of a place, nor its beauty and complexity.

It is always key to have local input and to take into account possible issues in order to provide solutions. As a woman, sometimes traveling alone, I know I need to be made aware of cultural norms, places deemed safe, areas to avoid, situations to expect, how best to deal with possible issues...

Well, it’s good to know it’s not my local cache.

When all else fails, restart the process…

I’ve got cloudflare on it, but I’ve tested uploads while on development mode, purged cache multiple times, reduced TTL & even paused cloudflare until it gave me a certificate error.

Hmmm… I wonder if GitHub has a purge option.
