I have been in constant pain for almost 20 years with bad teeth, and they have begun causing secondary health problems. Because of the structure of my teeth and bones, it will be a surgery to have them removed, and I’m liable to end up with holes where they were leading into my sinuses, etc. It’s doable, but it’s work for the surgeon, and they charge for that sort of thing.
