I woke up in the most excruciating pain I've physically felt in a while, all of the muscles in my legs were spasming up to right above my knees, I couldn't massage them out or do anything to stop the pain for at least 20 minutes. And had to cancel my plans. The muscles were contracting so hard you could see my shins and feet contorting from the contractions.

This isn't the first time I've had spasms, this WAS the first time I was about to call an ambulance.

As a child I got muscle spasms quite often and was put on muscle relaxers but tried to exit life with them at 12/13, so I haven't taken them sense.

I don't think I've cried and pleaded with a higher power so hard in my whole adult life because I seriously thought I was done for. I'm still having slight tremor spasms in my legs but I was able to stand finally and get a few things I needed to do done.
