Its been a couple of years since I did a Hackintosh, pre-M1. All I remember was the random restarts eventhough I had bought all the components off one of the canonical "approved hardware" lists.
I suppose you can always convert a failed Hackintosh into a Linux/Windows PC. :-)
Either way... don't do Hackintosh... down that road lies pain. :-)
