You do get some inbound from their LSP, can't remember exactly how much off the top of my head, I think it might depend on how many sats you send? It's at least 10k anyway.
You can also open a channel to any node you want. The only issue so far is can't setup channels to Tor only nodes yet. But I have channels open with their LSP, Start9, Blixt, and Moon.
