Btw did my zap work? Went through on Phoenix but doesn't show as zapped on Amethyst.
The only bit this gets wrong is banks don't even need deposits to create money via credit creation. Loans create deposits.

Dear Google:
Maybe try just charging $5/m instead of $20/m for YouTube Premium and people will pay for it. Luckily FOSS frontends exist.

Tether Freezes All OFAC-Sanctioned Wallets in 'Proactive' Security Measure
"ITether framed the move as a voluntary step to "proactively prevent any potential misuse of Tether tokens and enhance security measures," and clarified that existing wallets on the OFAC list would be frozen along with any new wallets added in the future."

What if we grow potatoes in space but come across potato based alien life that thinks we're cutting open their young and eating them?
What if the Earth in the real world is actually flat and the guy who created the simulation left his laptop on in his bag at a physics class and that's where we heard the flat earth theory from

Shame Bob's Burgers got so watered down. The first few seasons are pure genius.

Ha! In my "custom instructions" under "what you would like ChatGPT to know" I put in that I'm in the UK, been like that for a while. But since the Turbo update it's now started using Brit slang like "bloke" when I ask it random questions.
I'm easily impressed I know, but I like those little details.
Deffo. GPT-4 Turbo can give longer answers with 2x less compute power vs GPT-4 according to the press release.
No way to verify that scientifically ofc but it feels about right judging by UX. Even GPT-4 was neutered a bit on mobile. I noticed it was using Turbo when I started getting long answers even on my phone. I legit thought it was still only available via the API until I noticed the difference on mobile and asked it if it was using Turbo now. So I seriously do notice a real difference.
It is, I only bother using GPT-4 now, you can't go back once you're used to it.
