If you have both 0xchat and Aegis for Nostr installed on iOS, you can now log in by simply selecting “Login with Aegis” — it takes just a few seconds.

It’s as easy as logging in with Amber on Android.

Currently, Aegis (which will be renamed to Aegistr) only supports a local service (remote relay hasn’t been implemented yet), meaning it’s limited to a local Nostr app on iOS. Here’s a video showing the testing with the 0xChat app. https://pomf2.lain.la/f/ajnsxy.mp4

Oh, currently, only the local service approach has been implemented — that is, linking with the Nostr iOS app. Testing shows it works well with 0xChat.

It can, Aegis is currently running a local service, but currently it’s a simplified version and not a full relay implementation.
