Do you actually see the reports? I was talking to another guy running a strfry relay a while back and he said at the time that he had never seen one even though his own account had been reported.

Someone said a while back if you sign up via an Israel geo located vpn it will never ask for details or lock you out (assuming you don't get reported). No idea if that still applies...

i believe some relays watch for reports from select npubs, and if they dont they should

It probably differs from relay to relay, I have a very basic keyword filter in place to stop the fucking crypto spam bots for example, but I can tell you reports do nothing on my relay.

I'm curious to look into exactly what some clients do with reports, they seem like a solution rife for abuse on a network where you can spam thousands of accounts per minute to mass report somebody with.
