One more note -- this looks like a good option that #[3] shared with me. Unfortunately it's a no-go for me b/c of the non-commercial use clause.
Some version of the final design will likely be made available but am not even close to the final design yet.

Well deserved.
Fireproofing is probably beyond what I can do with a 3d printer. Going to try to design a seal to print with TPU -- if you look closely the groove is already there where the two halves of the shell meet.
I've don't think I've ever bought one, just kind of figuring the aesthetic out and adding my own flavor so far...

Bambu AMS, very happy with it.
Tricky UI issues because we have a unified scanning mechanism. Perhaps a one-time reminder before any scanning is done, or before any keygen routine is initiated. We'll have to think on the best way, but some kind of reminder mechanism makes sense.
Just had a PR for a notification reminder at startup. Some may want to leave the card in to set or adjust persistent settings, but a reminder is a good idea.
