💢 Putin's troops launched a full-blown attack in Kharkiv's Kupyansk with tanks, artillery and aviation fire on August 7th.
RF says it captured 7 strongholds from the UKR troops in Kupyansk. RF also says its army captured 9 UKR army posts in the region. Kharkiv's Kupyansk has been witnessing intense battles in recent weeks.
Ukraine carried out four counterattacks, but all of them were repulsed.

🇷🇺 Putin introduces new procedure for informing UN about martial law
He has submitted amendments to the State Duma to change the procedure for informing internatl org about martial law and states of emergency in Russia.
The amendments are related to the termination of Russia's participation in the Council of Europe.
If the law is adopted, Moscow will not inform the CoE secretary-general about the introduction and lifting of martial law or any state of emergency.
