You are right, I do much appreciate that. Sports creates leaders, positive attitude, pushing through challenge and setback, getting back up again, working with and leading others. Good coaches have the best of these traits. My original post was focused on Super Bowl era feelings of mine 😆 … yet I have kids in sports that taps into the heart of what is all so good about it! 😊

This is true. I do enjoy the sport of it all for sure, and athletics & teamwork are so fundamental to the healthy human experience. I much enjoy seeing my kids learning to play or seeing a college team of actual students with such talent. When I observe it play out in a stadium with brands and owners I tend to get very distracted & cynical about the big business of it (esp. when it’s politicized at all) vs the sportsmanship itself.
