It seems to be just like internet but without the need for centralised services and built fot 21 century. With built in focus on confidentiality, anonymity and deniability Apparently in need it can even communicate over bluetooth

In short #nostr is communication protocol that cannot be censored or taken down, but we build it on 1970 technology that can.

Why not expand to GNUnet? Why nobody is talking about it here? (Or very few and far away)
