Okay, plumbing geniuses. This faucet froze years ago and there’s a massive leak somewhere in the 10-inch thick wall (berm home, concrete walls).
But it only leaks when you turn the faucet on. The water doesn’t leak from the valve as one might expect, but somewhere along the copper in the short run to the outside and shoots out at the red circle. A portion runs down the wall and leaks inside.
How is it not leaking all the time?

This is us rn (almost same pressure as you), but we’re still in the warm up phase, so I expect it and humidity to drop over the next hour as we go to 95 for the high today. Overnight low was 54, so we enjoy more “normal” weather in the morning, but it’s temporary.
