However, on the lower timeframes, the MACD is near Neutral so this may offer Support.

While talking about MVRV Z Score - I have been posting abot how simialr the Bitcoin PA is from the 2013 ATH to the 2017 ATH

The MVRV Z Score pattern in simialt to.

The two image are below. Very similar points. The Arrow on the 2013 - 2017 show what we have just done, but on a smaller scale

I want to show you View of #Bitcoin without showing you the actual PA of Bitcoin.

This is called MVRV Z Score.

it stands for Market Value Raslised Value Z Score.

MVRV z-score shows the market value's relative position to realized value. MVRV going high means Bitcoin is overvalued ( Desired) ; going low means undervalued, ( being less desirable). ( Bitcoin market value - Bitcoin realized value ) / market value standard deviation = MVRV z-score

Realized value is the sum of value when all Bitcoins last moved

The Zscore ( Green) crosses over the MVRV ( yellow) in a real Bull run and tends to lead to ATH

The image shows the period from 2019 to Now. - Note how the Z score got near crossing the MVRV in 2019 ( Arrow ) , retreated and then came back up over at a later date

Also note how the Z Score Peaks BEFORE the PA ATH ( was in March 2021 )

See how it peaked on the 1.272 Fib line.

Then look over to the Right and the Current play.

See how Z Score has come up and tried crossing over the MVRV and failed, same as it di did 2019. This time it did that on the 1.414 Fib line and possibly did so with the push of all the BTC ETF purchasing.

So, while we are producing a similar pattern, things are slightly different. The climb from 0 ( Green lake, VERY under valued ) currently, has been slower and more controlled.

The Real question here is how far the MVRV will retreat. See over on the Left, it came back all the way to 0 by March 2020. Ignore that, it was the Covid Crash and very quickly recovered. However, the drop to the 0.239 is Valid and we need to see if we get there again.

Currently, we have just bounced off the 0.618. That is the realised Value climbing..Or more profit....

Another thing to note here is look how Volatile Both periods are compared to the majority of the Time.

We are definatly building up to something here...

#Bitcoin has been banging up against resistance all weekend, as suggested on Friday and we are now very possibly about to see a draw back. Look at that Candle for today.. That shows a Lot of indecision.

Now, I maybe being Hopeful here but we could print an inverse Head and Shoulders pattern. - BULLISH

A Measured move from that takes us to 74K usdt

~And it has to be said, that despite all the Bleating last week about how "This is It" and "Bull Run returns", we are STILL IN RANGE since March this year.

IF this Inverse H&S become valid, it will take us to the upper trendline of that range... where there is a WALL toi cross

Do not get me wrong, We Will do it...But I am not going to dance and say we have escaped the range....untill we have escaped it.

And it has to be said, the RSI is high on 1 and 4 hour and Daily charts

TIME TO COOL OFF MAYBE - untill that happens, Lets keep our eyes open

As ever, PA halted on the red 236 Fib circle - Not to sure how long this will last but it give PA time to cool off after its push higher since 7th Sep.

As mentioned in previous post, PA is Still in Range Zone and so we wait to see what will happen next, probably late on sunday / Monday

IF BTC PA continues to cool off, this is an excellent chance to Stack SATS by trading BTC Pairs, if you are into that sort of thing.

BNBBTC pair is showing a good chance right now.

It is going to stop following it one day but untill then, It is working..
