thanks!
thanks!
the "unlike in bsky" part is both unnecessary and not really correct, either. and what's normal does matter to my experience on here. i will definitely enjoy the experience of nostr more if i find people to be generally aligned with my values here!
I'm quite leftist. Is that normal here?
Can someone link me to a good explanation of nostr:npub1pu3vqm4vzqpxsnhuc684dp2qaq6z69sf65yte4p39spcucv5lzmqswtfch's labels/community moderation system? Want to write about it alongside Bluesky's system
new nip05
Nostr is so cool. Decentralization is so cool
Careful! Apple might take you off the app store for saying this
My takes are probably not the kind that will be very popular on nostr. I do like the protocol and ecosystem though!
I think Harris is a capable candidate
Please don't do this, I thought we were above tribalism. We all want the same thing here! A decentralized future for all social media, and the entire internet. We can work towards this together.
Imagining a future where you use the same private key for both nostr and atproto decentralized ecosystems (I already do!)
Really enjoy this article! Will update my article with a link to this as a nostr explainer (my article being one I wrote comparing atproto and nostr)
That isn't true. There is a nip that allow you delete stuff, but isn't implemented because of reasons. Just ask the nostr:nprofile1qqs9pk20ctv9srrg9vr354p03v0rrgsqkpggh2u45va77zz4mu5p6ccpremhxue69uhkummnw3ez6ur4vgh8wetvd3hhyer9wghxuet59uq32amnwvaz7tmjv4kxz7fwv3sk6atn9e5k7tcppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp069f2j4
There's an NIP for requesting relays to delete your content from their database, you mean. The nature of nostr really does make deletes largely meaningless
