Clearly remember “December 17” when we were all still euphoric from the 20x move & hotly anticipating the #btc futures launch. We were convinced it would 🚀 this bitch into the stratosphere!! Only to dump 80% of our net worth over the next few days😂.

1: Spot ETF’s launching unlocking a torrent of capital to access #bitcoin
2. Companies like @MicroStrategy & ( @Tether_to that just added another 8800 btc to their reserve) will continue this investment direction
3. #BTC halving in April will reduce the block reward from 6.25 to 3.125 producing a supply demand shock
4. US election cycle coinciding with Fed pivot reducing interest rates & recommencing QE will continue to devalue the $ and force people to search out hard assets to store their wealth.
5 FASB: On December 13, the FASB issued guidance requiring all entities holding bitcoin assets that meet certain requirements to subsequently measure those in-scope bitcoin assets at fair value, with the remeasurement recorded in net income. The new standard requires separate presentation of in-scope bitcoin assets from other intangible assets on the balance sheet. Remeasurement of those bitcoin assets is also required to be recorded separately from amortization or impairment of other intangible assets in the income statement. Additional disclosures are required, including significant bitcoin asset holdings as well as a reconciliation of the beginning and ending balances of bitcoin assets.
