Prosecuting securities fraud is a legitimate function of the fiat system. Let them clean up the latest technological iteration of fraud.
Bitcoin is money/specie, let it take that place in the fiat legal, and let them try to treat it otherwise.
Attacks on shitcoinery are bullish for Bitcoin and completely fair/justified.
