Isso que ele fez foi citar. Pra citar, é só clicar em copiar id da nota e colar em uma nova nota. Pra repostar geralmente os clients tem um botão pra isso do lado do like. Nunca usei o damus então não sei dizer se ele não tem esse recurso.
