The thing with the high time preference cancer that typically the end product of a fiat standard is....
In the beginning it only effects....
The poor.
Then it later includes the employed.
Then it adds the educated to that "list".
Then it adds specific religious or political affiliations to that growing "list".
And there may be a few other steps and groups sprinkled in here and there.
But the point is in the end we will all be impacted.
Where are we today?! It's still not impacting everyone. There are a few groups remaining that haven't yet felt or been impacted to the degree of jumping out of the boiling pot.
We will know a change is under way when the Rich Men North of Richmond are more concerned with the needs of their local constituents then they are with the needs of their donors.

This is both funny and tragic.
I have a close friend that is deep into that ripple isht and their coin. I forget their token name.
This friend is so deep into ripple, pride is forcing him to be irrational. He thinks this "investment" is exactly what he needs to get a leg up on life for his family.
I expect a divorce is imminent. This friend works 2 jobs and also has 2 teenagers starting college within the next 2&3 years.
