You're right, however, both the current opening and closing fees are shown at the bottom of the web app.
You have not linked a lightning wallet to your nostr account so we were not able to zap you.
Also take into consideration opening and closing fees (on-chain)
Keep the "spending balance" at zero in order not to pay extra
We usually only force close if the peer has been down for a significant long time (over two weeks or so).
However, a peer is always welcome to direct us not to close the chanbel if his node is down.

Yes, we will accept private channels.
As for our web app, it is only used for obtaining incoming liquidity through a public channel (with a max capacity of 9m sats) with the option of including a spending balance as well. Larger capacity channels woukd require manually opening the channel from our end.
