通过 pubkey 就可以访问你的本地relay模式。这个越想越有意思。做一个本地桌面软件（或者APP），内嵌一个小中继+sqlite。 你发朋友圈就发到你本地。你的朋友通过 bridge+pubkey就可以访问你的朋友圈。 私信互相发relay。你可以可以选择除了 本地relay可以把朋友圈备份到个大公开的relay。备份可以选择加密备份。
