I’m going to take the afternoon off and visit a museum and galleries with a friend.

When we realise that real life is out there waiting for us to jump in, that we are free, that we can be the best version of ourselves and we merely need to give ourselves permission to be happy, this is when you step into your power.

We are not here to push others down to feel better, we are here to celebrate each other’s successes and hold their hand when they fail.

We are truly the sum of both the good and bad, what sets you apart is how you deal with what you’ve been given. Do you choose to step up, take responsibility and be the best you can or do you choose the wide, easy path with no work required?
