I had a bit of a reflective day yesterday (unfortunately I tend to brood 🫣). Today I've decided to be active. So I'm going out right away and going for a hike. The weather is okay. I have to somehow find a way to integrate more exercise into my daily routine beyond my daily walk. But I'm fine 😂
