1，预质押:
如果质押年限和比例全部拉满，可增加算力最高250%，建议质押年限为2-5年，质押比例25%-75%，自己考虑，不要全部拉满，一旦设置了只能质押更多年限和比例不能够减少，质押是等于存了死期不到期无法提
2，提前开采:
开采启动12小时后，开采按钮不再是绿色变成橙色，这时候长按一秒以上松手，可重新继续24小时倒计时，变成红色就是停止了要赶紧点击不然会扣ice
3，削减机制:
ice只奖励活跃用户，对于超过24 小时不开采的人，会削减他的ice，对于长期不开采的人，ice会越扣越多，直至扣完，其实项目方是在打造共识，能留下来开采的都是共识者。
4.开采速度永久提升150%
完成确认昵称、开始开采、上传个人头像、关注官方推特、关注官方电报、推广五人这六个任务，开采速度永久提升150%
5.正式版上线后只能开采15个月，有减产机制，平均七天在线人数达到一定量开始减产，开采结束后上主网交易

This version adds two compression libraries to automatically reduce the file sizes and resolutions of uploads. They automatically choose an appropriate size/resolution/bitrate for social media sharing. Options to upload original sizes will come later.
