What’s the point of #SelfDetermination if the mentally challenged aren’t able to exploit the remaining #BillOfRights just like any other healthy #American? I agree that the mentally ill need to be #stabilized initially with #medication and #secured #housing and #support #systems if we want to really #solve the problems of mental illness, addiction and #homelessness. Once the mentally ill becomes #stable and #well enough through long enough #treatment for #SelfSufficiency then these people who have mental health #attributes can consider coming off medications with the right support system and rational reasoning and cognition skills with #philosophy, #dialectical behavior #therapy, #cognitive behavioral therapy, #RadicalAcceptance and the #abundance of #mindfulness therapies. That is where I am today where I want to get with a doctor to #deprescribing medicines with a #healthy #lifestyle and #diet. In my mind, the human mind and body is a #beautiful design that can repair itself. I don’t need to hear voices that I have a beautiful mind! I already know I have a beautiful mind so it is ultimately up to me to have courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference. Medicines should only be #temporary.

I must admit that I’ve been slipping because I’m an animal. An animal with primal instincts that is #helping #myself cope with my #depression and #human desires. I also have to #admit that I’ve succumbed to my #weakness of numbing myself with #pornography. That does not mean I have lost my #willpower to make the necessary #CorrectDecisions to #live because I am very much #alive! Great game last night, Lakers! I called it earlier that they were gonna win. It was a close one though, but players like Walker number 4, Austin Reeves, LeBron, AD and D’Angelo all came through. I love both of these teams! However now that I am living back in OC, my support goes to the Lakers. It will be interesting Basketball for sure!
