On a beautiful sunny day, forty enthusiastic agorists met in picturesque Olst on April 13 for the first Agorisme Mini Festival. Our goal was to give various aspects of agorism a stage and to network with other agorists. That goal has been amply achieved! The enthusiasm was so great that this day will have a nice sequel!

The program was full of agorism. Ten speakers talked about their passion in a soapbox session of just ten minutes. That seems far too short to get acquainted with a subject and yet we succeeded! In between there was room for the Agora: a free market in which books, plants, seeds and self-pressed oils could be exchanged for Bitcoin, cash or something else. There was also a lot of networking and plans were made for future theme days!

Everything to make it a fun day was there. We stayed in Het Middenhuis, a community center in the middle of a sustainable residential area in Olst, The Netherlands. The weather was beautiful and the organization went smoothly. Because agorists are clearly doers, a nice approach was taken: coffee was made, chairs were set up and images and sound were installed. Even afterwards, the hands to clean and tidy up came naturally!

On the day it quickly became clear that there was a need for an annual Mini Festival with a potpourri of agoric topics. And there will also be special theme days:

📍Libertarian communities in the Netherlands and abroad. Leave or stay here?

🥕Food. Gardening, water, herbs, electroculture

🤑Entrepreneurship without government. Earn money with as few rules and taxes as possible

⚡All about digital freedom. Anonymous and censorship-free on the web with Bitcoin, Nostr, Tor, etc.

🌞Generate and store energy. Solar panels, batteries, electric cars, but also wood burning and solar boilers.

💪🏼Self-defense. What can you do to defend your life and property? Including surviving in the wild and prepping

There was great enthusiasm to participate and actively contribute! App groups have now been created for all theme days. Anyone who would like to participate in organizing is very welcome.

Agorism is the legal circumvention of laws and taxes. There was already an active agorism app group under the wings of the Libertarian Party in which all kinds of ideas and tips were shared. A number of concrete initiatives have already emerged from this: the libertarian library Liberty Library, the agorist knowledge base www.Agorismewiki.nl (Dutch) and the future libertarian residential area www.Hanzedorp.nl (Dutch). New theme days about agorism days are in preparation. We hope to meet you there!

Thanks again. I tried it again, and what I've understood now is that ChatGPT tried to let me use libraries that are for server side (nodejs), so I used browserify to make client side versions of elliptic and bech32 and told chatgpt to use those. The result is at https://gitlab.com/no-limit/hi-plebs/ . Still it's not working. At https://hi-plebs-no-limit-bdb95ca026aabb14656ee72db9d19f41c60c53621bc67.gitlab.io/ a websocket is connecting to a relay well, but when sending a note I am getting "Failed to process private key: EC is not a constructor". Do you know if there is some documentation how to handle the elliptic library with nostr client side? As elliptic file is too big to be fully read by chatgpt.

Improved onboarding, besides an easy UX during creating nsec and profile, it also means giving topics of interest and don't see too much orange pilling content, for those that are more interested in other topics.
