Do you actually understand what "Cash Surrender Value" is?
In Whole Life Insurance, the cash value is the actuarially expected, present discounted value of the future death benefit to be paid, minus the flow of remaining premium payments.
The Cash Value IS the death benefit. It's not separate or a "side account" it cannot be extracted from the death benefit. Just like the equity in your home cannot be extracted from the total value.
