Why hasnt CoinKite's web engineering team figured out how to accept lightning payments yet? Is there something wrong with them?

The NY AG has filed suit against KuCoin.

The suit is being brought against KuCoin, in part, b/c it sold, offered to sell, purchased & offered to purchase ETH.

The suit highlights:

1. ETH is Promoted as an Investment

2. The ICO

3. Transition to Staking

I don’t want to rip on Bluesky too much (I actually encourage experimenting), but isn’t it a red flag that you need an invite code 😳
