how long does branle take to do 10 bits? It takes nostril about 300 milliseconds. 10 is probably not that good for spam protection.
it's definitely not about sheer speed though. I'm not sending messages every 300 milliseconds
hmm the point of pow is to stop spammers, 10 does nothing to stop spammers is all my point. I think 20 is a reasonable minimum.
