The self ( nafs, our thoughts in our head ) is different from the soul (sacred) and body (science).
So, as of the #SSS, what i'm saying is that self -- the thoughts in our heads -- are one of three dimensions humans exist in (outside of the 4 dimensions of space [ length, width, height ] and time that make up the third S, Science) and God knows best.
