Really useful for clients development and study their interactions without spamming the mainnet or installing a full featured relay.

Me and folks at Atlanta bitdevs guys built a similar one but we just use a json file instead of a db.

This was for hackathon purposes though.

Cool idea. I would think spam is still an issue with this though.
