I have this very fringe belief that when you’re sleepy, your body is telling you that you need more sleep.

What time did you go to bed? If you normally go to bed later, it will take a few days for your body to adjust to the new sleeping hours

Give it a few days to get used to it. Make sure you go to sleep earlier to get enough rest

Was up at 5 am but just took a nap... Naps are good
