Are there any nostr clients that support something similar to Twitter lists?
These accounts like zerohedge, hackernews, nobsbitcoin I'd like to have in a separate feed than my primary feed.

Same here. I'd like to specify more than just "account lists". Keywords, tags, time, likes, zaps... you name it. And build (specific and clean) feeds with it. And even save and share the filtering settings.
Like "here is my favourite musicians feed, check it out!"
I saw mention of a client supporting NIP-51 which would do what you described
I think amethyst might work on it soon. He did a poll about what he should do next and it was an option. But it came in 2nd.
