I did some updates to lumina.rocks

- Option to chose blossom server for image upload (more and custom option coming soon)

- Fixed loading following npubs for FollowingFeeds (now everyone you follow should be visible in your feed)

- Hide kind20 (Picture-first posts) when the image could not be loaded. (for example if a blossom server goes down)

- Some minor fixes and improvements
