Broadcasting a note sends the note to every relay you are connected to. This will broadcast notes you reply to automatically, and give the person you’re replying to more exposure

What if a user doesn’t want their note broadcasted to someone else’s relays?

(Idk a good reason why they wouldn’t but just a thought I had)
