Multiple feeds with different user defined filters. So you can have bitcoin related feed and then music related, "local friends only" feed... "this keyword in this npub group in last 7 days, but only with >2 likes and one zap" feed. All shareable in a note or DM as a "preset".

I'm sure someone is working on some of it, but most are preocupied with ironing out the basics.
