pornhub is already requiring login on some pages in eu. other pages are region locked. im not regular user of the site, but some yandex results went to login only pornhub pages.
there is strong force towards building this "kid safe" sfw world, where adults need to be controlled. so in fact its not about controlling kids, but about controlling adults.
