Racism in the US is being rapidly dismantled. Trump ended DEI, making it clear that everyone must be given equal opportunities regardless of race. For example, the US administration is using legal tools to fight universities who refuse to implement this standard of treating all potential students equally.

Of course, considering the vast differences in rates of violence by blacks and others in both the US and Canada, equal opportunity is unlikely to lead to equal outcomes...

I think when you compare even the weakest country in chance equality from the european continent with the USA, the US is still a 3rd world country.

Why on earth should it depend by any means from the parents wealth, if someone can go to a university and study or not?

Even kids with unemployed parents should have no economic burden to have university education, as long as the talents of the kids allow it.

Probably the us is not close to chance equality. It only got rid of laws making it illegal for black to study at all universities. Thats about it.
