all chopped up and minced to the point of near liquefaction
- cilantro multiple cloves of garlic
- tumeric,
- paprika (hungarian),
- sea salt,
- black pepper,
- powdered ginger
- greek olive oil
- half stick of butter
- 1 lb of ground lamb
mixed all together...
heat slowly, minding the stove.
then eat. but not the whole pound or you're not gonna make it.
