It will probably not be bad right now. But eventually google will go like "what you are developing a self custodial (is that the right term?) Bitcoin wallet that does not have KYC? Certificade removed". Luckly, fdroid will be somewhat resistant by the change in general since AFAIK they build every app themselves.
