This is fucking insane. The Spanish PM starts with "[..] democracy is not only compatible with the freedom of the people; it is the necessary precondition for it.". Then he goes on with three wishes of restricting peoples access to the internet and social media platforms by e.g. requiring a governement issued ID to participate.
